JZ-42是一种安装于生产流水线现场,用于在线检测物料水分的近红外进阶增强型精密仪器设备。具有高密封度IP66,不惧现场粉尘、雨水侵入。主机与探测头安放距离可变,有线最长距离可达300米。具有时段平均值计算,递进式/分段式可切换的双模式求取平均值;双屏LED显示,可设定显示来源值,如实时值、平均值、温度值、模拟量输出值等;可编程设置具备短路、过流的6路开关输出口;具备type-C接口快速连接上位机电脑;多达4路RS485通讯口,波特率可调范围4800-115200kbs地址范围宽度1-99,可单独设置;双路模拟量输出口,可定义0-20mA、4-20mA输出模式,输出状态可查询,可设定数据来源输出;8个可设定模式LED状态指示灯。

JZ-42 is a near-infrared advanced enhanced precision instrument installed on the production line site for online detection of material moisture. It has a high sealing degree of IP66 and is not afraid of dust and rainwater intrusion on site. The distance between the host and the detection head can be adjusted, with a maximum wired distance of 300 meters. It has a dual mode with time period average calculation and progressive/segmented switchable average calculation; Dual screen LED display, can set display source values, such as real-time value, average value, temperature value, analog output value, etc; Programmable 6-way switch output ports with short circuit and overcurrent settings; Equipped with a Type-C interface for quick connection to the upper computer; Up to 4 RS485 communication ports, adjustable baud rate range of 4800-115200kbs, address range width of 1-99, can be set separately; Dual analog output ports, capable of defining 0-20mA and 4-20mA output modes, with output status that can be queried and data source output that can be set; 8 adjustable mode LED status indicator lights.
